MACTAN-CEBU AIRPORT

Master Planning and Terminal Planning for a consortium bidding for the concession of Mactan-Cebu Int’l Airport. The proposal included the development of a new international terminal at 35,000m² adjacent to the existing terminal at 38,000m². The airport will be expanded to accommodate approx. 30mppa in 2038. To maximise stakeholder value the landside had to be used for commercial development.
